Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition as you received it.
- All hardware items must be returned in their original packaging, including any outer sleeves containing product serial numbers.
- We cannot accept hardware returns without these packaging components.
Initiating a Return
- Send us an email with your return request.
- Include your original order number and the reason for returning specific items from your order.
- We will respond with further instructions for returning your items, subject to returns approval.
Packaging Your Return
If your return is approved:
- Ensure your items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- You can use any appropriate packaging materials; old newspapers work well for padding.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Opened e-liquids
- Tanks, atomizers, or pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
- Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used
- Drip tips (mouthpieces)
- Opened coils or pods
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
